I understand how frustrated it can be when looking for jobs. Patience is the key. I had a wonderful experience with the guys at The Job Factory, working diligently with the team. I ended up having 4 interviews and 2 were the right fit offering me a position! So they say the rest is history. I absolutely love the job and the people that I am working with now, and couldn’t ask for a better role without the help from Job Factory, and for that I thank Craig and his team for the fantastic work they do! Waste of money. They are just sending emails. Even its related your job description or not. For example if I want to apply in IT industry so some occupation are only hire in some industry but they are sending everyone and they finishing their target what they told us. Not effective even its better we can apply ourself.

Instead of dozens of unnecessary meetings, you guys were quite efficient and straight forward. I got three job interviews within 2 weeks, and my dream company was one of them!Thanks to your professional skills in resume modification and email writing, as well as your large data base, I could get the opportunities even with no relevant experiences. You guys are just LEGEND!!!

I took the service of TJF 4 months ago to find a suitable job for me. I had most of the skill set that is essential for my field, so that I had my personal expectations which are more likely to get rejected even in 1st or 2nd round. The Job Factory provides a service to connect with 1000+ of employers in a short period of time sending polished up resumes along with cover letters. Luckily I got a reply from an employer on the 2nd day they started sending cv's, and that's the place I'm working right now. It is very important to not mixed up with having an interview and getting a job, they can take you to the potential employers as a resume and you should have the relevant skills and the power of bargain, since TJF is not the one going for the interview. I stongly recommend this service for the job seekers who has the confidence and skills for the job you are targeting. It is worth taking the risk. Definitely not recommending anyone for them. Simply go for another alternate. This is completely waste money and time on there company contact lists. They ask for new email addresses and cleverly told you to we are going to clear your sent out history. The guy spoke you in starting Craig Binnie have changed his words later on. Everyday you are getting msg we sent to 100 emails to new employees and we are hoping for job. Later on they starting leaving whatspp group on there failure and after talking to them you have only got frustration. They deserve zero rating here.

It really helped me to forward my resume to many companies thereby to lined up interviews which could lead to sure success. They also helped me to improve my cover letter thus to create a good candidate profile which could drive the attention of employers.

If you want to be more frustrated, you can deal with this so called 'job finding company'. I felt so bad that I really should not contact them at all. They charge me 150$ upfront and keep saying my resume and cover letter bad. To be honest, my resume and cover letter are good to go as i polished with career hub at university for a lot of times, i guess they just want you to pay more for resume and cover fixing fees.Ps: Craig the guy who yelled me on the phone also discriminated me this morning. I felt so bad about their service, i don't think they are legal to charge people upfront and they are a shame of Australia.

Had to write this after using Craig's service for second time in 4 years. Best place to contact when you are looking for a new job, job change or even career change.

After graduating I’ve been trying hard to get a job as a civil engineer which was totally hectic as I had to change my resume and cover letters for each job and I could only apply for like 3 jobs per day and that didn’t give me any interview or even a call back.Later I reached Craig and Johanna at job factory who helped me to land on a job within a couple of weeks thanks to their streamlined system of job approaching.
