Very happy with my service from John Blair. I was informed of what was to be done , the cost and what needed to be done in the near future to maintain my car. The service staff were friendly and polite. I was informed by text when my car was ready. Easy process . Love the fact the tram stops practically outside the door to either go into the city or connect to a train station. I will easily recommend John Blair service centre.

I got my Mazda 3 serviced at John Blair Automotive. They were quick, efficient and well priced. They also organised a loan car for me with no hassle. Very professional and easy to deal with and they even cleaned my car for me! 10/10 will definitely use them again

Very satisfied with customer service.Patient and respectful explanation of what had to done ( over $1000).Some mechanics can be dismissive of women who don’t have knowledge.On pickup, the car was spotless and the manager helped remove paint scratches from car duck. I had been worried about what to do about these.Thanks galoreT
