RAM Trucks Brisbane Service (Mt Gravatt Ram)

we have an imported 2017 1500 eco diesel - no 1500s in Aus at the time, so had to get the grey import. Have had serviced here and in Melbourne. Both places, mentioned that brake pedal goes to floor - both responded that it was normal. Then brake lights wouldn't turn off, so booked into Mansfield in good faith. 3 days later, they were no closer to finding problem, and as they said they didn't have time to work on it, we took it to an auto electrician. I had discovered through research that it was likely to be a brake module, but Keema not interested in doing their own research. Autoelectrician had diagnosed problem in an hour and truck fixed ready for pick up the next day. Turns out it is not an uncommon problem and symptoms were quite diagnostic, so why was Ram specially trained technician, not able to find the problem. Let Ram workshop know what happened and respectfully requested the $500 refund that we were charged for no outcome. Charge was defended as the technician was apparently following protocol. I think they could just employ a monkey if no thinking or problem solving ability is required. so very very disappointed in this level of service. At well over $100 an hour, i would expect more than a well trained monkey to work on my car.

Guys were friendly and assume work was done correctly. But they don't answer phones and no one was at counter both times I went there. Had to walk thru workshop to find someone to find the person supposed to be manning counter. Massive security issue as expensive car keys just sitting there and honestly anyone could have grabbed them. Waited 10 mins and no-one came. Yelled out, no one in the building, also terrible customer service.
