Poor customer service.Asked for price and they said high price whilst it saw less price on their price chart. They literally lied about price. Thank god we did not take service first and asked price before and checked on price chart. Otherwise they would have easily fool customers by charging high prices. And they gave appointment and we sat for like half an hour and still said it will take time. If you are understaffed don’t take appointments.Would highly recommend all customers please check their price on price chart first and check with them otherwise they surely charge you more.

Very bad customer service they are very racist and only treat white peoples very nicely all other Asian come to shop they treat very rule. I done my pedicure that shop last week I m waiting 1 hours they did my toe nails not nice at all . Doesn’t look not nice . I will never go back that shop again please don’t waste your time and money there.

Very good with nail , but need to wait very long time , normally don’t take booking , suggest go day time ,afternoon was very busy and need to be waiting for sure .

Neonails provides a good service. However, you book an appointment for eyebrows and they ALWAYS make you wait because “eyebrows take less time”. Which I could also argue the point they take less time, so just do them at the time of appointment? This has happened far too many times, it’s disappointing as I’ve been coming here for 14 years, and for that reason they’ve lost me as a customer.

Got a great shellac pedicure here the other day for $45. Didn't have to wait even though I was a walk-in. Although it was midweek so I would probably recommend making an appointment for weekends and evenings. Staff were friendly and they'd a great selection of colours. Will go back.

Lily has been doing my eyebrows for 10 years now! I can’t trust anyone else but her!! I will always and forever travel to her for my eyebrows! Thank you lily (:

!!!BE AWARE!!! Extremely disappointed with this business, DO NOT GO. I got gel nails done and they started falling apart within a week, I went back to get them fixed and sure enough days later my other original nails starting falling off too. I went back and they didn’t have availability to fix on the spot, so I asked for an appointment and was told that they couldn’t guarantee an appointment incase they are busy at the time of an appointment. On top of this they were not even apologetic about me having to come back for a third time and instead spoke to eachother in front on me in a different language; this proved how unprofessional they were and how as enough for me to not want to go back. I had been coming here for a few months and have given up on them, especially after seeing that hygiene isn’t their main priority!! Go anywhere else but here!
