Aitken College

I go to the school and I just want to say, with all honesty and no biased intention, that this school has excellent learning resources and interesting methods of teaching. However, although some teachers and students are nice, the school has some weaknesses, like many schools in Victoria. Some students have done horrifying actions that go against human rights( I will not list them for privacy reason). If they weren’t in school, they would have been arrested and put to jail. Although I have not seen any( for I joined the school recently), there are plenty of fistfights, in fact, lots of teachers have caught and suspended children for this fact. There is also extremely expensive prices in the canteens and barbecues.

Excellent community, good opportunity for kids to get exposure to various activities.

A great school with a community feel. Teachers and staff are great, and the site, although becoming less rural, provides great opportunities for kids to learn and grow with excellent facilities.

I had to give Aitken College 1 star cause I can’t give less, but do not send your children here it is full of teachers who pick favourites and have teachers pets. For secondary, I think that is appalling that students have to deal with this disrespectful behaviour towards them.

3 years at this school traumatized me it is a terrible school and it has terrible teachers. if you lover your kids do not send them here. I wish i could give 0 stars.

I attended this school back in 81', we used to go down to the little creek near the wooden benches and throw apples into it! one time we even threw Evelyn Smiths old, dotted cat into the river too (dont tell her) but I remember very vividly throwing a pair of size 10 Jordans into a neighboring tree (it's still there, go look for it sweeties) overall amazing school for knoledge and lerning 10 out of 10

Teachers choose to ignore bullying here. Similarly the principal is biased towards a particular group of people (Greeks). All in all, absolutely glad to have moved my child from this pathetic excuse of a school. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.

this school is a prison, if you hate your kids please by all means send them here, but if you love them even a little bit stay a far away from this hell hole as you can. They don't even let us wear our wet weather jackets when its raining. overall don't come here it no nice in any way shape or form.

I really do wish I could rate lower then one star. This school, the owner (principal) along with mr Murphy are the truest form of evil I have come across in my 21 years of life. I beg you, for your Child’s well-being do not send your child to this school, I can go into detail of alll the trauma I went through from this school, but even though it’s been over 3 years it still hurts to remember or even talk about. The fact that the principal of the school would not help us because my parents weren’t involved in the schools committee team still makes me want to vomit, she is revolting. A true disgusting human being, even when student from the school trashed me locker, ruining $2000 worth of school books she refused to help, even though the school had cameras, she refused to investigate, refused to help at all, it still breaks my heart that my parents had to go through that, I did not pay for those books so I can’t truly feel the pain that must have been caused. But I did feel a lot of pain for them. This school, the way they choose to to deal with issues, the way they choose to deal with bullying, the way they choose to IGNORE!!! Makes me sick, don’t send your child here, don’t make them go through what I along with so many others went through. Pick a better school. One that’s not run by a evil women.
