I have lived in an apartment developed by Gibson developments for only 4 years and the building work is so terrible I have had defect issues come up every year. Recurring leaks from the penthouse, balcony tiles cracking, poor soundproofing, terrible design, huge flammable cladding issues and rooms that are too hot or cold depending on the season. Not only that but Peter Gibson resides in the penthouse above mine and constantly throws loud parties and day of the week well into the early hours of the morning with absolute disregard for anyone else. Refuses to cooperate with other owners to solve problems arising from their premises. Would steer clear unless you want anxiety and stress.
