Not a good experience at all. Accountant didn't even do my return properly and waited almost 4 months for ATO to process after I had to correct the information.

Sat there to be ignored the whole time and then charged $307 and rushed out the door. Also just received a message saying my details are incorrect and I’ll have my refund sent in cheque form, in the country it’s hit or miss whether I’ll actually get it.
