They are able to have many people doing their exchanges at once, so wait is fairly minimal compared to everywhere else. Been here many times for myself and with clients, and the staff on site are super nice and helpful when you need it. Highly recommend. Oh, and they do cash instead of the woollies vouchers. Cash is definitely better.

Tried 3 of the other recycle joints. This one beats them hands down. The employee's are all lovely that I have talked. And always polite.It's so quick and so easy with their machines. Machines are always clean when you get there.It's a big winner all round for me. Thank you for the wonderful jobs you do there for us.

I was extremely impressed with this place the place was clean and the staff very attentive. We were greeted by Ash. He was such a great help couldn't of asked for better service. Top place with lovely staff. Definately will be using this place. Ash your customer service is 5 star. Keep up the good work there.

My visit to Nevilles St. Containers for Change was extremely pleasant. Parking was great. Drop off or self sorting. The machine for self sorting were perfectly clean .The staff were extremely helpful getting the docket and the refund. I can highly recommend a visit.

Visited here, thinking it was similar to the one at Slacks Creek. From what I can tell, it's all self serve, or you can drop off pre done bags to be sorted later. .Pretty much drove in. Couldn't work out where to park & drove out again.

Absolutely best place to return bottles . Clean and neat and the whole process is super easy and quick. The staff are fantastic.. very helpful and friendly . Love the ease of the new premises . I am am to park right next to the machine I’m using .

Convenient parking, friendly staff and a very quick and easy process. Have been to this location 5 times now and will continue to do so. Hats off to management for making improvements to the sorting machines so they operate more smoothly. 5 Stars.
