Am finding it near impossible to get through to even book an appointment, have visited both clinics throughout bussiness hours and doors were locked , have rung at least half dozen times and left meaaages an no reply , other then a generated text message that they had received my message on answering machine and will get back to me , however that was over a week ago. However when I was atttending appointments approx 5 years ago Karen was super friendly positive and a good motivator , it’s just getting hold of her that is a problem.

Rude reception staff who does triage to accept you .Treats U like a number.Having a bad day needing a counseling session.She started asking what I earned and said I will need to pay for so called bulk billed service..Just not nice and can hardly answer calls always the line is busy

I attempted to get help. I was given confusing conflicting advice twice by a receptionist who only wanted to keep the number of new clients down. Told to go to a counsellor when they had no idea of my mental health background and based on very limited knowledge of my circumstances. This is not their decision to make. Anyone should be able to receive mental health help according to their needs. Very poor.
