Do not even bother with these guys! They own Strathpine too! Took far too long to build my carport. Forced me to remove the old carport which I double checked as it would mean 100m2 of water would have no drainage if it rained. They stated the builder would be there any time in the next 2 weeks and it had to be removed. Took over 3 months to build from them telling me this. Had 3 major storms where I was outside bucketing water from under my house. Caused major cracks to 6 brand new internal walls, flooded under my house and buckled my brand new front door. Made excuses for everything and ended up refusing to answer emails. Extremely unimpressed with their customer service and eventually had to instigate a legal team, and of course the next day they turn up to build. Spoke to other people after signing the contract and was laughed at because these guys are known to be terrible! At everything!

Absolutely Terrible to deal with for many reasons. All l can say is STEER CLEAR!!! & take your business elsewhere.Booked in our job in January 22 for a large shed and carport - signed a Contract which states completion by October 22, however when l signed the contract l was told that was the absolutely latest date and that they estimated completion July/August 22 - I was then told in April after council approval came through that the job wont be done unit Feb 2023 - and that is what they estimated in April so who knows if that timeframe would have been met come 2023.There was absolutely NO communication about the delays or heads up between Jan and April. They also charged us a 10% deposit when it should have been 5% - I have reported this to QBCC as quote splitting is against QBCC rules. I decided to cancel our contract as the delay was not considered reasonable and a reasonable explanation for the delay that was satisfactory could not be provided. I believe they just took on far too much work.And finally to top it all off they tried to keep the balance of my deposit - which again l reported to QBCC.All of the above can be proved via a paper trail so Total Span cannot call this a baseless claim.

We purchased a Larger rear patio (10m x 7m) to our backyard. Friendly staff, prompt installation service and reasonably priced.Thank you.Shan - Bray park.

Very happy with this company.Overall good management from Ingrid.Rick and his team from Croccrete did a great job on the slab.Peter and the installation team did a great job too.Some minor issues were promptly dealt with.The price was very reasonable.Stoked with my new shed!

The absolute worst company to deal with, avoid at all costs!!! They lie to you about their promo deals and then email you saying you owe them money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Horrific service, numerous calls not bothered to be returned through out build process. Told me kit was ready to go then ended up being short on wall sheets which then lead to another week or so delay took around 6-7 weeks to build then shed. Still have parts not done correctly and refuse to come and rectify. Tried with holding final payment which they then sent me to debt collectors.Avoid these idiots like the plague. Very rude and unprofessional service throughout.

Firstly i would really like to acknowledge the professionalism and help with this company and its peopleDaryl Dau is a world of knowledge and helped with great ease with his attitude and professional nature from his office at strathpine.The concreter Allan was ever so easy to talk with and as neat as anyone would expect of a tradesman who does and has done a professional jobThe installers Ash, Sam and David were so good at their job and also extremely neat and polite and helpfulIngrid in the office was a great help with accounts and questions, but i didnt need her much as everyone was well above a normal standard of expectationsI would STRONGLY recommend this company to help with your shed needs as i couldnt see you would be disappointed in any wayWell done Totalspan morayfield/strathpine!I really appreciate your professional attitude and assistance with my 3X8 metre shedA faultless project completed and on time with your own expectations and programsWell done!

Was told delivery of my shed was today, had a call at 1pm stating that they can't drop it off and had a feeling today would be tight... Thanks for the notice now I have to call my installers starting tomorrow and explain that you gave me no notice wish I went with a well known company like Titan
