DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Took clear coat off my car, but didn't even get the dirt off in places¿!? Thisachine needs calibration. Nobody to call or contact.

Have been coming to this car wash for years now and have never had any issues so far. I haven't had the chance to use the automatic car wash but have only been using the self car wash. It's pretty straightforward and easy to use. I don't expect my car to look brand new after using the self car wash, so its good for a quick wash and go.

Will not return not the first time things are broken or loss of money. Today seems the system shuts down. There were 3 others there washing cars and we all lost our money. And then about 5 mins later again. So looked for a phone number to call and no longer see any.

Terrible car wash. Not my usual one but out that way and used the self serve ones. Water was dirty and left with a dirty car. Drove to my usual one in BALDIVIS and had to wash the car again. Vacuums were missing and machines were damaged and hard to read. Won’t be going here again. Needs some TLC.

Bad experience, auto washer not working but kind lady started twice for me with lots of anger, unit did a touch less wash then after paying for a soft wash.Outcome car was still dirty $20 to have the car wet. Please ensure it works before wasting money

Terrible! Has to be the worst car wash going around. Don’t often come past this way but saw it and thought I’d give it a go. First impressions ok. Decent sized bays. Started washing and one bay just stopped without notice. No pressure. Switched to another bay and used the brush and needed more coins to finish. Change machine took my $10 note and nothing came out. Had to quickly rinse off with my last $2 coin. NO CREDIT CARD OPTION!!! Then when I got home realised the brush has scratched my car all over. Never again. Zero stars if I could!!!

Machine with soft touch setting took the paint right off my wife's vehicle and am trying to contact them but webpage has no phone number just messages which they do not respond too. Not a very happy wife at all thought I did her a favour!

Rubbish car wash. Give it a miss as always poorly maintained.Change machine robs you, takes notes and gives no change.Buttons on carwash selection don't work properly.Doesn't take cards, cash only....???Never going back there

Do not use this place needs to be shut down or owner needs to sell to someone else who is actually going to look after the place! It will damage your car and the owner will not fix the damages your car gets and he will get his workers to contact you and he won't do it himself absolute disgusting place! Baldivis car wash is alot better!!! Anywhere but here!!!
