Shocking customer service. Forgot parts of our order and then refused to make good by sending another driver or doing a partial refund. The quality of food we did get was worse than the desert section at Coles. There should be a zero star option. Order ELSEWHERE!!

Ordered on uber eats. Cost me $18 for a 5cm tall x7cm round baked Alaska which was 60% icecream. Chocolate cake was frozen solid and actually I couldn't bite into it. Completely missing the chocolate ganache layer too. Good luck if you want to share this with anyone, since the cake is too frozen to cut, and the thing is so small it would barely be enough for one.Also, turns out they don't even make the cakes. They order them in packages, frozen, and then send them out. They don't alter them at all. And then charge $18 for it.I feel completely ripped off. Waste of money for bad food. If I wanted to eat something prepackaged, I would have bought it from Coles!
