From the first phone call the service was excellent. Aiden came at the exact time promised, explained options for our necessary repairs and after I selected the appropriate one, did the job quickly and cleanly! I will definitely call this business for future work.

Hannah the office manager (?) is very responsive in arranging time. Razz & Ash were on time and did an excellent repair job with the kitchen tap and kitchen sink drainpipe.Razz & Ash are professional, very expert with their skills, and cleaned up after the job too.5 stars, will definitely use again

Tom and the team were exceptional and lovely to have around. Came up with a great solution for our new hot water system which had totally eluded other plumbers, and the communication from Hannah in the office is excellent.

I had Aidan attend to give me a quote to replace a toilet inlet valve and replace the leaking mini tap. He thought it was a good idea to relieve his bowels in this toilet that needs to be fixed - didnt ask...and I have 2 other working toilets to offer had he asked.He took a very long time to quote of over an hour. This is a put off for me as how long would they take to do the actual job if quoting takes that long?Quoted an amount of $796 plus GST which I find too high for the toilet/tap.Also quoted $6691 plus GST to replace Hot water system to gas system. I suggest getting a few quotes as better value can be found.They charge for quoting - call out fee, provided me with a refund.

Sandy and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Sandy investigated and assessed our stormwater problem (and a couple of small bathroom jobs), discussed solutions with me and quoted the job. He and his team (Ash and Aiden) arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked late into the afternoon until the job was fully completed. The work was of a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our property. All of the team were friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.

I required assistance with water leaking from my toilet due to a problem with my shower. Sandy was very professional and quickly identified the source of the leak. He took the time to explain what he was doing to address this and was very thorough.
