Michael was great with his work, always on time and very communicative via email when contacted. I got a security door, fly screen, security screen and a sliding security door installed. When the sliding security door was being installed, the current system didn't allow for locking mechanism to be fitted. However, Michael devised a solution to screw the mechanism into place. I would recommend Michael due to his professionalism and customer service.

We needed a new security door for the front and uses Valesco Security Doors for the first time. They were very competitively priced, provided a quality security door in a timely manner and were easy to communicate with. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful during installation and also fixed a few of our internal door frames which we were having difficulty adjusting after renovating, all without charge. Much better service than going with a bigger company. Would highly recommended Valesco.

My partner and I couldn't speak highly enough of Michael's quality workmanship and absolute professionalism. We booked in a short notice measure and quote and were so convinced in him that we had booked the installation and paid the deposit before the end of the day. The team at Valesco went above and beyond to custom make and install our security door within a very tight timeframe - all at a pricepoint that was more competitive than the other quotes we received. We are rapt with the end result, would not hesitate to recommend him to others and will very likely be enlisting his services again in the future.

I would highly recommend Michael and this compnay for all security and fly screen doors and windows. They were very helpful when my doors and windows were measured up. Took the time to explain their products and offered suggestions to fit with my house. No pressure selling just full of knowledge and suggestions to meet my needs. The installation was done on time and everything was done with expert workmanship. I was very impressed at the attention to detail and all the little things the guys did that meant the finished security doors and window fly screens looked perfect. They are well made and perfectly installed and enhance the house and wooden doors. The area was spotless when they finished. Great company and service, made me feel a valued customer.

I'm a bit late leaving this review, as the work was done late last year, but didn't want to forget entirely!My experience with Mike at Valesco deserves more than 5 stars. He was absolutely fantastic. He made and installed three screen doors in my new apartment, as well as replacing all the fly screens. He was professional, well-priced, organised and on-time. I am really happy with the work done, but even happier with his excellent customer service. While he was there on his first visit, my washing machine started leaking. Mike put down what he was doing and helped me figure out where the leak was coming from!He also planed the edge of a door, and put a screw in a small table on his second installation visit - he refused to charge me! - it was just because they were little things he saw needed doing, and he was there with the tools!During the installation of the flyscreens, one window pane cracked - Mike sent his Dad (a glazier) back the next week to fix it, no fuss no muss, they are all lovely people.Such fantastic customer service, is rare, and he deserves his superb reputation. Customer service isn't just lip service for him, he really follows through. He looked after me and I can't recommend him highly enough. I've recommended him to several others already and will continue to do so.Thank you Mike, the doors are perfect and the cats are keeping their claws out of the fly screens so far! I appreciate all the work you did for me and your perfect customer service!

Professional and accountable. Michael came through and measured up perfectly but unfortunately there was an aftermarket draft strip installed by our previous owner that made the lock to our new security very difficult to access. Once Michael spotted this he took it upon himself to remove the old draft strips, install new ones and patch and paint the door frame the following weekend. You just don't get service like that anymore. I highly recommend Valesco Security Doors not only for Michael's customer service but his accuracy and pride in his work.

We are really happy with our new fly screen patio doors. They are extremely good quality and look like they have always been part of the house. Michael was extremely professional, having good workmanship from measuring the doors initially and then installing them. He was even able to go over the top to help us fix our existing door frame that was slightly out of alignment to make sure our new fly screen doors were sliding perfectly. Would recommend Valesco and would use them again.
