Terrible!!!!They installed a new fan for our evaporative a/c and did a service less than 12 months ago and should have also replaced the collet that holds the fan but didn’t and the fan has come off unit. Then they expected me to pay for another callout fee to check the problem despite being under reasonable time frame from the service. So fed up with companies not looking after their customers.
