The Good Guys Mandurah

Distinctly pathetic. Order placed for a paticular date not fulfilled because they don't have the item. In today's age how can you not know whether or not you even have the item that you're selling.Sales staff simply tell you to call a number which is AI, and the Artificial Intelligence has no intelligence at all and hangs up on you. There is absolutely NO customer service at all. Absolutely disgusting.

Massive shout out to two young team members today at Good Guys, Mandurah.Firstly, Kate who was demonstrating the Nespresso coffee machine at the front of the store...she made us a delicious coffee whilst telling us about the machine...she was polite and knowledgeable about the product, even though she knew we just fancied a coffee, but was happy to make us one and we were happy to listen...who knows we may even buy one in the future!Secondly, Joel, who helped us buy our new TV. He knew exactly what he was talking about, gave us details about the product, offered his opinion based on his own experience and was so polite and helpful.So nice to be served by young people who are happy in their roles and happy and willing to give great customer service!Thank you!

Came in today to check out the new Breville Barista Pro & Express. Had Matia show me what was on offer on both machines. Then she sold me on the delonghi La Specialista Mint green Coffee Machine. Completely different from what I was after but so happy with the price given, I couldn’t say no. I walked out a very happy customer. Thank You Good Guys and thank you Matia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I left Good Guys very disappointed yesterday. Came in and asked the guy in the area where they sell Bluetooth speakers that I wanted to listen to a JBL Boombox 2 before purchasing ,he looked up on his gadget if they had any stock, which they did…they had 5 but he said to me that he couldn’t open one up as there was no room on the shelf……I walked away disappointed and disgusted in his service…won’t ever go back .Oh and was also going to purchase a microwave while we were there….no no noRang Harvey Norman this morning and they didn’t have any on display but were happy to take one out the box…omg he opened the box, took out the speaker, paired it to his phone…speaker was already charged…how hard was that…and sold me a Boombox 3 at a price I couldn’t say no to.

Great service Today. Spoke to Luke in the T.V section. Luke had great knowledge, which helped my grandparents choose a suitable T.V for themselves. Friendly staff & always willing to beat JB Hi-FI prices.

Joel was very knowledgable and helpful. Happy with the stuff we brought.We got a quote from the other side of town for the same package, 18% more.

The store was nice and clean, with quite a few free staff walking around. I was looking to replace my tv and dishwasher and spent a lot of time in both areas but no staff made any attempt to assist or acknowledge me in any way. The store was not busy

I had issues with a Westinghouse fridge. 4 mths out of warranty, it wasn't working..Contacted GGuys mandurah.. and although I had to wait weeks for it to be repaired... ( not their fault)..they kept in touch and followed up regularly till my fridge was sorted.Thank for amazing customer service.Cant remember everyone s names but Amy was very helpful.
