CDA recently helped me with career coaching. I did a personality assessment which taught me A LOT about myself and showed me which career would bring me the most satisfaction. Career wise, it confirmed I am on the right track, however I should lean towards opportunities to work closer with people, ideally in a managerial role. My career coach came across as insightful, friendly and experienced with a high level of expertise, This process has helped me in my personal life as well. CDA and in particular Brad is amazing. I first met Brad over 10 years ago, I was a struggling former uni student. I had a uni degree but wasn’t working in my chosen field due to a combination of desire, drive and self-worth and a general lack of belief in myself and my future.Brad took me back to basics and starting educating me on the psychological aspects of my decision making and why I was making them. It helped me identify the mistakes I was making and the behaviours I was engaging in that were keeping me from progressing not just in my work life but also in my home life. I even credit him with saving my relationship with my now wife.Brads innate or perhaps self-taught understanding of human psychology and emotion was one of the biggest things that stuck out. Brad just gets people. He understands what motivates them, what irritates them and what keeps them pursuing their goals in life. Through his guidance I went from not working in my chosen field to being a manager in my chosen field within 4 years of meeting him. Now I am a fully bonified professional in my field with over 10 years’ experience and I firmly believe none of this would have been available to me had I never met Brad.I recently applied for a new role and mid interview found myself reusing all the tools Brad had given me before my very first interview 10 years earlier. Obviously, I got the role.Every now and then I still touch base with Brad as a sort of health check and then the inevitable battery recharge that seems to come from every interaction with him. I simple cannot recommend his services enough. I credit my entire careers achievements to his advice and guidance.
