Pretty straight forward garment to be dry cleaned, we gave him time (5 days) and was quite flexible to come pick it up. When I came to pick it up it wasn’t pressed and the garment still had stains on it like he said it would easily come off, still charged full price for not being ready and pressed and I waited it to be done in front of me. That’s very unprofessional, taking on too many jobs, not enough staff whatever his issues are we won’t go back to him!

I went to this dry cleaner this morning had 1 top to shirts very easy to iron just been lazy, the man inspected my tops then suggested my washing machine was too hot as my clothes were creased however it was just because they had been in a bag in the car then wanted to charge $18.50 to just press I’ve never paid that before, where’s all the good dry cleaners.

Went to the shop on 19th April Tuesday at 3.09pm . Sign said open at 4.15pm. Waiting 1 and half hours and went back to the shop. It was still closed and an old gentleman was working inside . There were couple of customers waiting outside but he completely ignored them .Very very unprofessional and unreliable.
