Very spacious & comfortable, friendly caretaker, lovely location & good facilities. Just a few minor issues with a few things but generally it was a pleasant stay.

Great location, nice facilities, needs a little TLC but good for the area. Air con allowed for a respite from the heat, and nice and close to what Cardwell has to offer.

We had a New Year’s reservation for a 3 bedroom apartment on the water with pontoon. The day before arrival we received email confirming our reservation, however the booking details included an address and a map which clearly showed the accommodation was not on the water. We phoned to confirm our reservation & we were reassured our booking was correct and we did in fact have the apartment with the pontoon.On the morning of our reservation (4 hours prior to check in), we received a call to advise the accommodation was no longer available. We were provided details for alternate accommodation options & when phoning them, we were told, they have had personal experiences with this particular lending agent & that his operations are unreliable.

Nice place to stay in Cardwell.Spacious,clean and located next to the Marina.Would happily stay here again and probably will next time we visit.

Nice and modern apartment in a new housing and marina area. The apartment was a tiny bit bashed and abused" by previous guests

Would have been a great holiday if the pool was cleaned the tennis court was not gross and the grounds where keeped nice
