The lady in the counter is very friendly and she made the sub with utmost care.. sauces applied are not less or more just perfect.. its been so long i had such a great sub.. and most importantly the bread is fresh.. yummyy experience.. thanks to the lady..

Woodford subway used to be the best subway in regards to quality of the subs and wraps in my opinion. Unfortunately as of lately I’ve been to subway a handful of times and every time the quality of the subs or wraps arent good at all.. Today I ordered a large grilled wrap on the app, the pick up time was 1:07pm and I arrived after that time but the wrap wasn’t made or even started. I waited for it to be made and when I opened it up, the first thing I noticed was that it wasn’t grilled and the second thing, it was not wrapped like a wrap.. there was no way I could eat it the way it came, I tried to rewrap it but it didn’t work so I probably ate 1/2 and threw it away. This is just one of the not so great experiences I’ve had since the new management.

Shop is dirty looking.Floors need a damn good scrub and staff should move tables to clean...it's not just under one table but all them.Food is your normal Subway.

Dreadful service and the subway wasn’t very nice as it was cold after having it sit in the bench waiting for staff to complete order. Threw my meal out as it was inedible.

Has to be one of the best Subways I've been to and best quality sandwich I've had. Team work was great between the 2 staff. Had 3 footlong subs finished in no time!

Girl serving didn't acknowledge us or the other 2 customers who came in next. made our subs then left them to go cold on the bench while the owner wanted payment before he would finish my sub that's sitting there going cold. begrudgingly gave me BBQ sauce and still charged me for salad I didn't get meh where's the closest next subway I'll drive there next time

Waited for 15-20 minutes when there was barely anyone in front of us. Saw a dead fly in the chicken classic meat. Ordered a foot long with ham, cheese and salad aswell as a salad bowl with meatballs and cheese and a cheese toastie with cookies. All were cold and cookies were burnt. Meatballs were cold to the point where we assumed they had been in the freezer as the middle of them was still cold aswell as the sauce.Staff were arguing amongst themselves and looked as if the had no idea what they were doing and 2 staff were out the back talking until called to the front and once they came out the front they didn’t seem to even smile or talk to anyone ordering.

The food was fine, everything was fresh and tasted as expected.The service however was abysmal.Saturday 27 May 2023 around midday.Whoever you had working there should find employment elsewhere. Two young women... I'm assuming they must be some relation to the owners because if they were my staff they'd last one shift.Those of us in the line exchanged some confused looks at how rudely the staff were speaking to us when asking what we want on the sandwiches. The tension in the air was thick enough to choke on. So much for nice people in the country?All you can do is laugh, we all have bad days but if this is regular treatment of customers you'll know because the complaints must be through the roof.It's not going to stop me going back if I'm nearby, if anything just for another laugh.

Well for a start the subways aren't as good, very cranky girl working last time I was in she was thrown stuff around, and the footpath outside store is disgustingly filthy
