It’s a shame because I’ve always enjoyed product of Italy. We ordered dinner the mother day special at 5:30 it’s now 7:50 and still no food. I was told an hour. We have spoken to the restaurant 3 times apparently it left for delivery at 6:50. Not sure how good the food will be if it ever gets here. Food came at 8 pm cold and tasteless… Happy mothers day !

Sorry about the pictures of half eaten food but it was so delicious we forgot to take them before we tucked in. The atmosphere absolutely is great. The staff are fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for pizza or pasta. The baked ricotta cheesecake was the best way to finish up. Oh and another great thing is they're byo.Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Have driven past a few times and wanted to try Product of Italy. Booking online at 5:30 for a 6:15 booking was easy. Arrived and was seated promptly. The restaurant layout was nice, comfy and a nice atmosphere. The table we were seated on did have a cold draft coming in which was a bit of a disappointment. Waited a while to have our ordered taken. But once our order was taken the meals came out promptly and were fresh and well made. The flavours and quality of the meals were impressive. The mango gelato was my highlight. We also tried the bread and butter pudding special which was nice just disappointing that it was cold and not a hot pudding. But all in all a pleasant dinner and would return again.

the kitchen closes at 3. We were shocked , and then the waitress quickly added, but there’s no rush we have a private function on anyway. I said we will order asap. Our food came out at 3pm. We ordered dessert at the same time in case anything needed to be prepped in the kitchen. Then when they asked if they could bring out dessert we asked for coffee and we’re told they can’t do coffee as the kitchen is closed as is the whole restaurant- the function was still going btw- I said you told us the kitchen closed at 3 not the whole restaurant. Anyway I said don’t worry about the desserts we will just get the bill please. Then as we got up to pay the waitress who originally told us that the kitchen closed at 3 quickly advised they can do coffee, just in a takeaway cup. Had this been mentioned in the first place , this would have been perfectly acceptable.I’ve never felt so unwanted in a restaurant. They could tell when we paid that we weren’t happy. Will never go there again

We've been wanting to visit this place for a while. To our disappoint, the pizza was paper thin, rock hard, dry and overpowered with dry herbs, almost like McCain's oven baked pizzas. It was not worth $22. The pasta was nice but almost room temperature.We waited 45 minutes for our food which was understandable to an extent due to the busy night on which we visited.The whole time we were taken care of and check up on by Annabelle who's service to us was outstanding. She was extremely polite and apologetic for the long wait and offered compensation with free soft drink which we politely declined.

We hosted our engagement party here last Saturday!!The staff were so lovely and had the best service, food was AMAZING!!! All our guests were so amazed by the great service they all received from you guys! Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone! Thanks for making such an exciting time of our lives so special! You guys are the best!!

Food was good. Recommend the Calzone! But service was very poor. Waitresses made us feel a burden for simply ordering food and drinks. I imagine if they get proper treatment and training from management.

Great experience when I took my partner. Food tastes great, staff is very friendly and pricing isn't bad. Only thing that brought it from 5 to 4 stars was how saucy the pasta was. I ordered pesto and it came drenched in sauce. I love pasta sauce but it was too much. Other than that it was awesome
