Storage King Osborne Park

Erin and Vivien delivered an excellent customer service experience. I have used Storage King in the past and decided to come back. The units are great, easy access to the unit with a furniture lift and trolleys for moving your belongings.Staff are friendly, good storage size options and they even have packing materials, boxes and mattress/furniture covers for sale in the office - which made life easier.Highly recommend this company if you need a storage space.

Had about $2000 worth of furniture damaged from mould due to a leaking roof which they have known about.Fine print in their insurance policy means they're not liable for that sort of damage so I wasn't covered and had to replace everything myself.When I complained about paying expensive storage fees for a leaking unit they gave me 50% off for one month which was $150.Would not recommend.1 out of 5 stars.

The receptionist is an amazing person with a very likable and friendly personality. She adds value to one's day and you really feel like working with that company.

Very helpful staff when booking the unit. Everything explained very thoroughly. Easy access to unit and all areas clean and safe. Trolleys readily available for moving goods from truck to unit.

Spoke to Erin to request a storage unit on short notice, lucky there were some available. The ones available were not the exact size but Erin was able to provide 2 side by side with plenty of space. She made the entire process easy and goes above and beyond for you. I got a great deal, signed up on the spot, paid, and got a tour of the place including where and how to get in, find stuff, access my unit etc. She even threw in padlocks for my storage units.The place has gated entry with a PIN code for each person, is clean and well kept, has a goods lift and trolleys to move your stuff all included, and has CCTV throughout. I appreciate getting a solution at short notice and having everything as smooth as possible.I had read the reviews here before visiting, and I did not see any issues with roof leaks, etc. I was told that there were recent (from 2018??) repairs made to the roofs and structure that invalidates the years old reviews. Relating to pricing, I was informed that pricing would stay the same for at least 6 months at the time of signing - just ask if you need to check. There were no hidden costs, etc.Thank you very much Erin & Storage King (Osborne Park). I highly recommend this site and would come back again.

Prices increased 86% over a 13 month period with no offer to negotiate. There are cheaper alternatives in the market but if you do opt for Storage King make sure to lock in the price for as long as you intend to stay or expect your costs to increase substantially.

Do not recommend Storage King.The security of this facility is not up to safe or security standards.The Main Gate remained open when leaving premises.24 hour emergency number unattended no option to leave a message.My Storage Unit was broken into and robbed of all contents.When discovering my unit had been broken into I rang the 24 hour emergency number with no answer to my calls or no option to leave any voice message.It took 10 days for Storage King to provide the CCTV footage evidence to the Police.The padlock was cut staff failed to notice on daily walk through inspections.The lack of Empathy from the Office lady and making a comment Well you should of taken out Insurance"Your problemI strongly Do Not recommend Storage King Osbourne Park"
