Came into the store yesterday and was served by a delightful young lady named Scarlett. She helped me and my grandson find the perfect pair of sneakers! Great, friendly service.

Nice store and they have a lot of collects but it is a bit pricey but good quality though. They do have wide variety of collects and would recommend to people who are okay with pricey items. Loved their gym wear collection and would recommend it as well.

Terrible service, good shoes.I was in the store looking for shoes. When I’d picked the ones I liked, I looked around for service. 2 staff were talking to each other, not looking around. I figured I’d wait until they were finished discussing what they needed, and they’d surely look around to see if anyone needed service. They were laughing and chatting, so I had to walk over to them from across the store to get their attention.Then, I wanted to try a different pair of shoes on, and again. They were standing, they could see me, they looked straight at me holding a shoe from the rack, and yet again I had to work hard to get their attention.It would help if they were trained to actively look around to see if anyone needed help while they weren’t busy helping another customer.

Really nice cashier today! She was so polite!

Greeted by a male staff member as Captain" which is up there with "Champ". Just a Hi will do fine. Store is OK. Quite small."

Needed sneakers, soccer boots and mouthguards for the boys. Daniel assisted us with those and was very helpful and accommodating, especially as the boys were quite indecisive. He was kind to the kids, encouraging them and answering their questions.I was impressed with the range of Asics offered and all sizes we were interested in were available.The rest of the store was well stocked and had a good range considering its size.At the register, Teresa was super helpful about rock climbing gear which Rebel unfortunately didn't supply.A surprisingly pleasant experience ;)

Thanks to Mason for sorting out my order. You went the extra mile for me, couldn't thank your store enough. I hope Rebels management give you praise, bene you deserve mate. Cheers guys

Best customer service I have experienced to date! A huge shout out to Caitlin, Xavier and Hayden for their customer assistance, knowledge of shoes and all round effort which is rarely the case nowadays. Thanks so much! Very happy with my purchases today!
