The owner of this little gem of a store cares genuinely to help you work out what you need and then sell it to you at an always fair price, or to fix what ails your with his tremendous experience and care. He is likely to try and talk you into a more rational and affordable solution, as opposed to convincing you to spend bigger. I don’t know if there is anyone else like him in Canberra.

Came in with my laptop that suffered water damaged due to the cat spilling my glass of water. The laptop would not turn on and was cactus. The team at Best Price computers were nothing short of stellar in their professionalism, not only did they fix my dead machine at a reasonable cost, it was done quickly. Other places told me it was gone and i should buy a new one, I very highly recommend them!!

Fantastic customer service. Originally I called Best Price Computers (BPC) for a fan for my PC and over the phone I was provide with excellent advice and customer service. Today I visited the shop in Bailey's Arcade in Canberra City. The shop was very neat and was spotless which I've never seen at another Computer Repair and Service Shop.Once again I received outstanding and friendly service and without hesitation I recommend BPC to anyone and everyone.

The clerk's attitude was terrible. I was just trying to make sure my purchase would install on my motherboard, and he was very rude and criticized me. He even slams the pos machine onto the table while checking out. There was no price tag on the display. The price was told by the shop assistant after a search on his computer. I even don’t know the real price.I'm talking about the bad attitude of the store staff, and I deserve to be treated maliciously by you because I chose the cheapest product? After the staff introduced your advanced products to me, I took out the photo of my motherboard and asked him if this product could be installed on my motherboard. But he refused to answer in a very bad manner. Why would I buy your most expensive product when I'm not even sure I can use it?
