I have been working with Dr Megan for a few years now, and have never made such progress with my health and weight goals before. She provides accurate and up to date information, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to . Her meal plans are great value for money and delicious too! Nutrition4You by Dr Megan
I got a scare when my doctor told me that my blood sugar level was high and I was looking at going on medication for diabetes. Megan immediately helped with a diet that tasted delicious and important for me it was satisfying so my urge to have sweets and unhealthy food was under control. The bonus was I lost several kilos and feel more energetic. Great all round.
