I have been inside the award winning house in Carrington. Every aspect of the design, the build, the sustainability and the finish is world class. Canen and Sarah are lovely people, easy to deal with and utterly professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Buildsmart Constructions for any job, big or small.

BUILDSMART CONSTRUCTIONS
Sarah from Buildsmart was our Building Designer for our heritage renovation and she was fantastic. She is responsive, creative, listened to our needs and produced architectural plans that will result in an outstanding end product. She made sure her designs fit within our budget and was very clever in how she used our north facing aspect to heat and cool our home. I can highly recommend her. Our builder was even impressed with her plans, saying it was rare to get such detailed plans.

Canen from Buildsmart has been incredible every step of the way!! From picking up the project last minute after our original builder fell through, he’s helped us build the house of our dreams! I’ve been waiting 9 months to have my kitchen repaired and never get a return call from Luke I have made several calls and leave messages to ring back but he never returns my callsVery disappointed with their service
