Frank Younis was very helpful in choosing the right antenna for our place, and in fact he checked out the location of where it should go and said the standard antenna would do the job just fine. He saved us from having to spending more than we had to. Really grateful for his honesty and integrity.

Frank came out earlier than our booked appointment (called ahead to check) and was very accomodating of the needs of the installation. Frank quickly and thoughtfully installed our Starlink antenna and even gave advice and suggestions along the way. Thanks for looking after us today, Frank!

Salt of the Earth owner in Colin, who showed up on time, completed the installation of a TV antennae to a high degree of quality and offered to help me locate my NBN street connection as an extra service at no extra cost.

I hired Enoch from South Perth Jim's Antennas twice and he did a great job both times. On April 23 after he had finished the second job I asked him if he was available Monday May 2nd as he didn't have enough time to complete the job (100% understand). I text him at roughly 10am today (Sunday May 1st) to confirm what time tomorrow morning. I get a msg back about an hour later saying unfortunately he has been scheduled for 2 days of training, Mon and Tues so he can not complete the job. Unprofessional service which is a shame as he did great jobs the first 2 times. I am sure he was not notified of work training on a Sunday morning the day before the training starts. This was my only day off to get the work done and had I been notified without having to be the one to ask it wouldn't be an issue. I wonder if I had not sent the text this morning, would be waiting around wasting my time tomorrow. Very unprofessional. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
