Painful at times - Australia Post have a duty of care to the Owners and the Community, We deserve a better modern dedicated post office with an efficient parcel pickup service as it is way over due, Nice old couple, but it’s just getting worse and as the previous reviewers stated, it maybe time to call it quits for everyone's sake!

Should consider using the electronic systems rather than paper to help keep better track of parcels (both for the customer via the tracking number, and for the staff in store) and to speed up interactions on parcel pickup. The hours are also less than other LPOs which can make it difficult for people to pickup parcels after work (most shift work finishes at 5:30, the closing time of this office).

We’re dropping off parcels for our business everyday and Alan and Anne are always welcoming us with a big smile and kind words. They do a great job and are an irreplaceable part of the Gidge community! Not a job for everyone, so remember it’s nice to be nice folks!

Never a quick trip to collect a parcel - I think it’s maybe time to pass the torch. Relying on the book/s method of tracking parcels needs to get stepped up to an electronic system and the storage of parcels i.e outside where they can be walked off with isn’t really appropriate
