Solar Run Taylors Hill

ZERO RATING.......... Solar was installed back in May. Our power bill went up..... Called our power company. Solar Run hadn't contacted them...... After many frustrating angry phone calls to SOLAR RUN, we gave up and just wasted around $5000.......It mad us so angry. Not worth the stress. Finally two weeks ago, a guys came out (No idea where he was from). Power company then sent paperwork out. I think we are now going to benefit. Too early to tell. An absolute waste of time an energy. It seems many of these companies are ripping the government off. Why doesn't that surprise me.....

After sourcing a few quotes, I settled with Solar Run Taylors Hill as they are local, reasonable in pricing and more knowledgeable of the products I was requesting for. Although there were many steps involved it felt quick and seamless and all my questions were answered promptly.After signing the contract, the installers came in 2 days to install 20 solar panels with the SolarEdge inverter and we are very happy with the work done. Overall, I will recommend Solar Run Taylors Hill to my family and friends.

Wanted to give zero star but does not allow me to post review without it.. Sam Jain is the guy I spoke to he never checked my consumption and went on to advise 9.9kw system which was not required for my household based on my consumption, I gave him all my details for the deal but when I checked with other providers they guided me correctly saying the kind of usage I have 6.6kw is good enough so I went on to cancel my deal with Solar Run, Sam Jain called me abused me for not going with them.. Shame!!!
