Chemist Warehouse Northcote

Recently bought some perfume from here. Took it home and realised it smelled nothing like the tester and was leaking in the box. Checked the expiration online and saw that it was from a batch made 8yrs ago. Explains why it was so gross. Took it back to the store and they wouldn’t refund it as it’s been opened. Can’t trust Chemist warehouse anymore, since they don’t care about selling expired products which obviously must be opened to realise they’re bad. Would give minus stars if I could for wasting my time and money!

Worst service, especially at dispensary. Waited for 15 minutes to get a simple product with hardly any customers around. They don't care and they look annoyed.The only person who gives amazing customer service is DALE.... only reason I still go to that store. If Dale leaves I won't be entering that store.

This is my local chemist and the team here, pharmacists and customer service people are so kind and helpful. Especially Tahlia who is one of most courteous and caring pharmacists I’ve come across. I’ve been going here for years.Well done Chemist Warehouse Northcote!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!on Friday 30 June 2020 at 5:20 I went in to buy 3 itemswhich altogether would add up to less than$30. The girl at the chsier was uninterested and instead busy chatting with the other girl. As a result she made a mistake (I heard one of the items beeped the times but she was looking away and took Dell in concealing to care about the customer). Fortunately, I requested a receipt and ask had guessed, was charged in excess log $64. So I had too get back in cue, landed with the same girl who was still busy with the chat rather than service. When I mentioned the mistake resulting from her unprofessionalism and carelessness, she was dismissive and said that all the machines make the same mistake... NO APPLOGIES... I could have been ripped off. I'm planning to speak too the shop manager about this.

Picked up a subscription for my wife. The confused guy at dispensary took forever to find the product. Handed me the order with an additional item in the mix that my wife didn't order - must've been someone else's product. I paid without doublechecking what I got. Went back to return the unneeded product and was told in the most unkind and disinterested way that this was my mistake, my problem, and that the money (only 12 bucks but it's annoying) wasn't going to be refunded because I ordered it. God help, they would admit that they made a mistake in the first place. Have a guess if I will stop going there...

The pharmacist answered my myriad of questions regarding the best laxative for me and my situation. Maybe I exaggerated my constipation or it wasn't as bad as I thought it was but the laxatives the pharmacist gave me caused a tsunami to form in my quaking bowels and I soiled my pants on High st.

Often long wait times & poorly informed staff. I was told there was no pensioner concession on my prescription medication when I asked. This was incorrect and I paid far more than I had to for several months. Today they took my script but shut the door on me when I returned so they could have lunch. I was told to come back in an hour. Ok, but it will be the last time.

My local chemist for five years. Staff are knowledgeable, ready to help and polite without being unctuous. They keep all my recipes and inform me before I run out of receipts. All members of staff are well trained in OTC medications and supplements. Granted, sometimes they’re too busy for comfort but this is the downside of popularity and easily offset by genuinely lower prices. CW is a franchise. You’ll get the low prices from all the outlets, but there are differences in management practices. CWN is the best managed of all those that I’d dealt with.
