Dr Samia is the best in the business. I had seen several dentists for a tooth issue but none could sort it until I went to see her. She is very gentle and explains everything in a lot of detail so you can understand the issue. Cannot recommend her more!

I visited Dr. Samia three times. First time was for check up when I came to know that I need to fill two of my front teethes as well.Third time was for re-filling the same teeth that I had filled on my second visit!After my second appointment, I was not happy with her work she did on my teethes at all as I could still see a cavity on the cured teeth and it was painful. When I let her know about the issue and sent a photo of my teeth through her website, she did not respond properly and booked another appointment for 12 days later. Although I had my teeth re-filled with her, it is not same as before at all as I feel a little pain when I eat and it is too sensitive when I floss it after passing about one month.Not recommend this place at all..

Dr Bainy and her Staff are empathetic, kind, and patient. They take time to reassure and listen to you. I could win a gold medal for Most Scared Patient and I would recommend this Practice without hesitation. Good dentistry from good people.

Finding Dr Samia Bainy was a truly a Godsend. Last year, less than two months before my daughter went on a 6 month backpacking trip, we discovered through her previous dentist that she had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed urgently. Her dentist at another practice was not very helpful at all. I contacted Dr Bainy whom I had only seen once at that point & reception (Natalie) wasted no time & got on to it immediately.They had one spot left for their regular extraction session that following week and she booked my daughter in straightaway. Time was of the essence for us & Dr Bainy squeezed us in for an assessment a couple of hours after I made that phone call, enabling us to get my daughter's x-ray all done that very same day. Super helpful, clear instructions & explanation for procedure & everything at the clinic - a very high standard. Both my daughter & I were rather nervous and anxious at the prospect of having 4 extractions in one session but Dr Bainy & the very experienced team of doctors at their regular extraction session were all very professional, caring & were instrumental in helping to put us at ease. The post extraction follow up phone call from Dr Bainy was unexpected but very much appreciated too. Thank you again to the whole team for making it all happen at such short notice. Highly recommend this practice.

I was highly recommended to Dr Bainy earlier this year. I wish I had know about her practice earlier as I have tried other dentists in the area and none of them come anywhere near the standard of Dr Bainy.Dr Bainy is honest, professional, very caring and I get the feeling everytime I visit that I am her only patient.I would highly recommend Dr Bainy

Dr Bainy and her staff are the best.Last year I found out I needed all 4 wisdom teeth out a month before I left for a 6 month backpacking trip, and she happily moved appointments around to accomodate me and organised people to come in and help with the removal. The dentist I went to before that (significantly) over quoted me, was rude, and was unable to accomodate me. I explained my situation to Dr Bainy and she was really understanding. So lucky to have been able to get in before I went away, with time to heal and go in for another check up before I left. Not to mention, the wisdom teeth removal was painless and surprisingly pleasant, as I was made to feel very comfortable despite my nerves.That was my first experience at Dr Bainy's practice, and I have always had positive experiences since. All the staff at this dentistry are always really nice and friendly. Highly recommend :)

My family love Samia. She is professional, friendly and completely reliable and trustworthy. We know that she cares for our teeth and wellbeing while also making sure we don't have pain or unnecessary expenses. Being open some Saturdays and close to home is really helpful. We are so glad we found her, and wish we had earlier, - I don't worry about a trip to the dentist anymore.
