They were over 5 hours late to my house. The job was done to the lowest standard I barely could see a change all the skirting boards were still covered in dust and the walls had something spilt on them. They also left my front door open didn’t wait for my to come inspect invoiced me a price we had not agreed on and then sent bery abusive text messages saying if I didn’t pay that would “mess my house”.

Unprofessional cleaners, no professionalism. Cheap but worst service got so far.Fake Bond return promises. If you want to take their service, make sure to pay only after you get your bond back

Do NOT hire. All photos, videos and reviews are lies. The loop Rocky & Hritik have cost me over $2000 to fix the leftover mess, bleached carpet, ripped curtains & I am currently pushing my VCAT application to recoup some lost money. Rocky advised me 'I will never get and money from them as they are closing the business down. I am in my 60's and my mother is 86this year and we have been taken advantage of in every way!!

The worst cleaning service provider that I have ever dealt with.Promises never fulfilled took money before the job start in full. They promised to come back for cleaning after the real state agent give his comment and they never did.First of, they promised to arrive on the day of the job at 9:00 am and they didn’t. Called them at 10:30 am and they said we had a car accident we will be at the property at 1:00 pm, they ended up in the house at 3:30 pm to start the house cleaning job.After arriving they refused to start working unless they get more money which I didn’t complaint as I have no time and needed to handover the keys next day morning.They asked for all the money to be paid upfront. After 3 hrs they called saying they finished the job.The next day the agent came back with comments. As per the agreement they were supposed to come back to do it. Many phone calls and email and no response from them, then finally they promised to collect the key on a Tuesday but they didn’t. Then asked the agent to extend till the next Friday. I reached out to check if they collected they keys, but they didn’t and they informed 1 hr earlier that they won’t be able to make it. Too many excuses, too many promises that has never been fulfilled.Very poor cleaning. They took $600 for the property and I had to pay additional $300 for another cleaning service provider.
