Best place to raise a family!

Good location for nature lovers. Bit remote and limited facilities around. It could be a potential future growth area, however, current pricing seems very high, especially in the context most of the builders have been collapsing now and then. No reputed builders in the display village. It looked like, the sales staff of the display village themselves lost the confidence in selling :-). Only advise would be, never fall prey to the sales people's buttering attempts, they are just staff and no visibility of the firm's financial position. Do a good research and decide the best appealing to the customer in such a way that, no delivery, no money :-). Set up a trust account with the builder, whoever you go with. Transfer the money to trust account on every stages and pass it on to the builder only on completion.

Great developing estate friendly neighbourhood,The one time we have had an issue the estate contacted us with 10 minutes of us notifying them to find the resolution that best suited us the residents, genuine care shown by Michael to our situation, honestly wouldn’t want to be anywhere else

New Estate, great people. Still developing so further reviews to come. Land titles were received without delays to early stages and latter stages coming along nicely. Micheal Bevan and Kirsten Burrows are absolute Legends. No doubts their winning personalities are also part of the reason for their customer base and loyalty. Began projects are one of those land projects I will continue to follow and try to make further business with.
