I damaged my Audi rear bumper - it had a massive scratch and dislodged slightly. Before meeting Michael, I got quotes from at least 6 different smash repairs around Sydenham / Marrickville / St Peters area and their quotes to repair were all ridiculously high. Michael was very helpful in repairing my car after I'd hit a kangaroo and needed the grill and bonnet replaced, as well as a few other parts. He sourced as much second hand as possible, and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. The colour matching was spot on. Overall a good experience, and if I need any repairs in the future, I would be more than happy to return.

Worst ever experience with this repair shop. Had to wait for over 9 months to get my car back. They fixed my car with that long period and kept giving excuses every time when i called them. Didn’t even pickup calls for months taking advantage of me being overseas. After the delivery of car many problems appeared and they didn’t want to fix those. Michael tried to push me when I went there to tell that they didn’t fix my car properly after taking a big amount of money in cash. Called police also to make a report. He was giving me threats also. Please think twice before going there.

Excellent service. Experienced, economical, compassionate. Needed my bumper replaced after a road rage hit and run the truckie got away with. Michael gave the best quote and he’s understanding. Didn’t take but a few business days for the part to arrive and only had to wait a few hours for them to replace it. He said that these hit and runs are actually quite common. I feel like he really knows what he’s talking about and prides himself on top quality service. Go here if you’re in the area!!

Took my Mazda 3 to Michael and his team just before Christmas after a small accident resulted in a full front bumper replacement. Michael took my initial phone call, understood my needs and then told me he'll call me back with a quote. He called me back after a few hours with a very reasonable and attractive quote whilst ensuring me the product was a genuine Mazda part. The job was completed within a day and of very high quality. Michael even provided updates throughout the day and also gave the car a wash after the job was finished.
