Johnny was our sale rep, and he was exceptionally knowledgeable, hospitable and certainly not pushy like some other retail outlets. Delivery arrived on time with prior phone call. Although we encountered some problem during installation at 5:30pm, staff were firmly determined to drive to the warehouse for the missing components . At around 6:30pm they came back to my place to complete the assembly. Super thankful & appreciate their effort.

I bought a mattress at DeRUcci recently and Rebecca was absolutely fantastic . She was very knowledgeable about the product and exactly understood what we need. She recommended the most suitable mattress to us and arranged delivery etc for us. 200% happy about the product and the whole experience.
