I called on Wednesday morning with a vague description and a fuzzy picture chasing a part for a very old oven. The person I spoke to turned that into the correct part, air bagged from the East on Thursday !! I could not have asked for more. Here it is Thursday afternoon and the oven works again.

Excellent service! My washing machine died on me saturday morning so called Household Appliance Parts in Canning Vale and the customer service was above my expectations.The guy went through over the phone with me on how to locate my model number then patiently listened to me trying to describe the problem i was having.He said he knew which part i needed so i drove straight down there and was supplied right part at great price.My washing was done by lunch time, happy house.Hard to find great help like this.Thank you and will highly recommend your business to all friends.

Not impressed. My wife enquired about getting a washing machine repaired, was told $50 pick up fee would be reimbursed if we decided not to go ahead. We would have been happy if the $50 wasn't refunded. They collected machine and quoted $280 to replace a part I could do myself and buy online for $60, so we said no thank you. They said we had to pay an additional $20 to return the machine, $50 was never refundable or we could collect it ourselves and not pay the additional $20. Machine was returned with missing protective sheet from base, missing plastic shield for drain pump, missing screws and missing hose connector. Won't use them again.

Took my vacuum cleaner in for repair. Heard nothing for two weeks. Rang to follow up and was told nothing was wrong with it. Went in to pick it up, again told there was nothing wrong with it, but did not offer to show me the vacuum was working. Got home, plugged the vacuum in and the same warning signs came up. It wouldn't start at all. 4 hours wasted in 2 round trips. Vacuum is under warranty and no one else even remotely close to go to. Did they even look at the vacuum cleaner?

Appalling customer service!They ordered me in the wrong part and then had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee of nearly $60 .every time I rang to speak to the owner he was never available ... or just didn't want to speak!I understand small businesses are suffering but this is no way to treat paying customersI will not be returning !

Appalling Customer Service.... The gentleman who served us at the counter when we dropped off the item was eager to assist and said that he would endeavour to have it looked at by the end of the week". On the Friday afternoon I telephoned to followup on progress. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and actually laughed as he stated that my wait would be closer to 1.5 - 2 weeks and that I could pick the item up and take it elsewhere. When I rang back to advise that I would be in that afternoon to pick up the item

Excellent all round service!!!Dropped my delonghi coffee machine in for a repair on a Monday, was told a week to assess. Got a phone call 2 days later with the quote. I accepted and picked my machine up the next day.Also picked up an element for my oven the same day as my machine. Didn't have the model number but the man at the counter knew straight away which element it was. Can't get much better than that.Thank you Household Appliance Parts will be recommending your business to all friends!!!

Rang to just simply ask for cost of call out fee to look at a freezer that needs repairing. The guy was SO rude & just dumped the phone on me without even listening to my enquiry. Dont bother even calling them! We dont normally bother with reviews but a business starts with customer service thanks!!
