I worked with Mellor Olsson on a probate application, and was hugely disappointed. Communication was extremely poor, my case seemed to get forgotten on a couple of occasions, my emails were left unanswered, and as a result the whole process took a lot longer than it needed to. I certainly do not recommend them for this type of work.

Great people. Clear advice, and they work very efficiently. I can recommend them to get a result. I found their legal staff understanding and they immediately knew what needed to be done to resolve a matter for me. Separately, I’m also very happy with their conveyancing work having used them for 2 properties and plan to do so again, because it was done without issue, and easy from my side.

Very slow in their processes, not what I would have expected from this firm. Would be hard pressed to recomend this firm for estate business to other people.
