Bought some gloves for my son, they came apart after 1 game. Took them back with receipts less then a week after purchase and they would not refund or exchange, said it was normal wear and tear. Staff rude and condescending.

Best customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes that the courier company supposedly left at the door, but I never found them. I contacted Dean and informed him about the situation. Dean was very nice and sent me a second pair of shoes without asking any question. I thought I would have to bear the loss as I didn't expect any company to take responsibility, but Catalogue (especially Dean) was different and sent me the replacement. I highly recommend Catalogue sports. I have only one suggestion to change the courier service, they forged my signature for delivery and left the shoe at the door.
