Rang to order vertical blinds and was asked if I meant roller blinds. I said no a vertical blind. Maree then asked if I meant a venetian as we don't have a product called vertical blinds. I replied no. After ascertaining what I meant she said okay let's just call them vertical blinds. I gave up. They lose business and get a bad review.
