Not living in Australia, it was difficult to arrange a floral tribute for my dear cousin's funeral. Jenine and Therese both provided wonderful help and made everything so easy. The photos of the floral arrangement they ordered were superb and I would recommend them for their kindness in helping me.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Lady Anne Funerals, but especially Jenine who was largely responsible for guiding our family through the planning of Dad's funeral and compassionately supporting us on the day and helping us afterwards.From my first conversation with Jenine, it was evident our family was in very good hands. Looking back, I see that she thoughtfully didn't overwhelm us all at once with all the decisions the family had to make and the large amount of paperwork involved. Instead, what needed to be done at different stages was carefully prioritised for us. We appreciated how the staff patiently helped us achieve a worthy celebration of Dad's life by talking us through the options available.The Lady Anne staff did more than just assist us with Dad's funeral and the formalities before and after. They provided a ready ear to listen and answer questions, no matter how big or small, and they were available to do this 24/7.

The team led by Karen and Jenine worked diligently and rapidly to arrange a service and funeral for my mother, with only three (maybe three and a half) days notice, made more complex by a public holiday being smack in the middle.They were upfront and detailed about the costs involved (which is not always the case with some other Funeral services.)They were supportive and accommodating with our requests for the service and truly worked half a miracle with the florist for my mother's floral arrangement.Should you find the sad occasion to require an effective and supportive Funeral Director, I would recommend the team at Lady Anne Funerals.

In the last 5 months our family has had to unfortunately deal with losing both my grandfather and grandmother only 5 months apart. We decided to use Lady Anne Funerals for both Funerals and I cannot PRAISE this amazing team of women enough. Their sensitive and comforting professionalism with handling this unfortunate situation was above and beyond our expectations. For such an emotional time of sudden loss. These ANGELS where our strength and support. They turned a devastating experience into a loving memory. We dealt mostly with Jenine and she was utterly flawless in her service with the organisation of our loved ones process into the last chapter of this life. Following the death of my mother, my stepfather had an initial idea for his preferred funeral director, but called Lady Anne on accident! We decided to go ahead and have a discussion with Jenine from the team, and were very impressed right from the beginning. Throughout the whole process, we felt supported and accommodated from start to finish. The day of the funeral couldn't have gone any smoother, and we ended it feeling very satisfied and relieved that my mother was in such good hands.
