Horrible. Store and trolleys are old and barely work. Staff all look like they don’t want to be there and have an attitude. The produce is always rotten or poor quality. There is NEVER full stock. I can barely do a full shop here because there is always something missing. Also no reception at all. It’s a shame being my local Woolworths that I need to drive to another store to shop with confidence.

Rude self check out assistant" aggressively rude approaching when I was self checking out with quite a few bulky items and wanted to do things at my own pace not at a rushed pace. I was operating the machine just fine . But the rude kept approached and accused us of not understanding the machine in condescending and very rude way. Shame on you. You don’t know a thing yourself! Don’t you work in customer service role if u can’t respect customers! This happened around 5.30pm 27.6.2023"

Edit: The past few visits have been great, staff are regularly at the checkout and more checkouts open. Pleasant visits.Completely ignored by 2 staff members, waited over 7 minutes until I was told they “won’t be long” because I am a person living in Sydney, I have places to be. Thankfully the lovely attendant at self serve scanned the items for me.Woolworths need to pick up there game. People do not want to work for free for your company. Have employed workers serving in a timely manner. Customers shouldn’t be waiting at empty cashiers while the staff ignore them.

Staff are nice, but this store is seriously the worst Woolies in Sydney, if not the whole of Australia. Never have stock, no variety, and the fruit & veg is poor quality. As others have stated you can buy a refrigerated product, and it's off when you open it. Let me put it this way, I live within close walking distance, but shop at either a nearby Coles, or Woolies at Casula. This store is for last resort shopping only.

Great for a smaller store if you need the basics but there is not the variety that you get in the larger stores. For example, there is less option in the deli as they don’t have the space.

It is expensive, doesn't have a large variety of stock, and the car park at the Moorebank shopping village is the worst.
