We have been going to Coffee Club for many years. Many of the staff are like family to us. They know what we like to order and personalise our service each time. We will often be greeted by Andre who is extremely welcoming and friendly. We also enjoy the coffee club rewards system which enables us to grab coffees often and receive discounts. The menu is great and the food comes out exactly as it is suggested on the picture on the menu.

Kids pancakes were like cardboard, stuck together like glue and couldn’t even cut through them with a butter knife. Overall experience was not like the old Coffee Club.

I was disappointed that the cashier couldn't say thank you.If you don't like this job, you should quit.You shouldn't do anything that makes customers uncomfortable.Say thank you even if you're in a bad mood.

This was the 2nd time that we have been to eat in since the new owner took over that our order has had something wrong. Last time we got the wrong thing. We ordered coffee and cake and got coffee and a bacon and egg roll. Today we ordered coffee and a muffin, we got our coffee but no muffin. When we went to ask about it we got told it is coming. In the end we got the muffin to take away as we had already finished our coffee. The wait staff need to look at the docket or ask the customer is there anything else to come. That is strike 2, 3 strikes and we won't be back.

Jess is a new staff member here I believe. But what a wonderful presence she has! I’ve been coming to Coffee Club Forest Lake for a few years now as I live walking distance but never had someone like Jess who knows great customer service with a smile and courtesy. She always says hello with a smile when you reach her at the counter and thank you with a smile when she hands you your coffee/food. THANKYOU JESS!!!

I dont want even want to give 1 stars to this, really bad service. Today i went to buy some potato wedges and they gave me the sweet potato wedges and when i asked them they gave no response and i had a really bad experience there. I am a regular customer and now i am very disappointed on there quality. Since they did not reply I decided to eat them and they were extremely soggy and quite cold in between. If they didn’t have any they could have just told me hut instead they gave me sweet potato wedges and made me pay extra for sweet chilli as i thought they were going to give me regular potato chips. I seriously need my money back
