Joel came to my house to check out the drainage block issue. He was very professional and made sure we understood what the ‘root’ problem was. He sat down with us and explained three options to solve the issue. He carefully drew diagram where the tree ‘root’ was growing with the video camera.I would definitely call up Joel again as he cared about helping us solving the problem that matched our budget.Very pleasant experience.

Adam B installed a stormwater pit for me and not only took great care in assessing the job but also in keeping me across progress. Very impressed with the professionalism of the Drainworks team. First experience with Drainworks today. Joel was great - arrived on time, polite and knowledgeable. Replaced laundry taps and new spout within 40 minutes. I would def use him again.

I've been very happy with the excellent work provided by Drainworks when sewerage drainage was installed and service regarding another job (quote) carried out today. The job us always left very tidy and clean.

Extremely Disappointed. Asked Drainworks to come over to to check a drain I knew was blocked and asked them to locate where the problem was and provide a quote to fix it. They said they would come over on Friday morning. Then rang and said could they shift to the afternoon. They then rang in the afternoon and said they would be on site on Monday. A full day lost for me! On the Monday two young plumbers (1 Jnr apprentice) showed up and got me to sign a form accepting the fee before they started (that should have been a red flag for me). After a while they came back and said they had been worried about damaging their camera on the roots and that they tried to use their water jet to clear more of the water and debris but they said their jet was not strong enough and they needed to come back with a bigger jet. I said I knew the drain was blocked I just wanted to know where and to get a quote to fix it. They then charged me more than they initially quoted (apparently because they went 15 minutes over their allotted time from using the jet which I didn't ask them to do) and were not able give me any more information than i already knew (that I had a blocked drain!). They then said it would be an extra $950 to come back with a bigger water jet! I contacted owner of Drainworks and explained the situation but his response was tough Luck!" I contacted another plumber who came over the next day and he able to quickly locate where the blockage was with his camera and provide me with a quote to repair it. He was also 40% cheaper than Drainworks. Drainworks are ridiculously expensive and provided nothing for their over the top fees and poor service. AVOID!!"

The team of plumbers who came to carry out the work at my house were overseen by Sete. They were all extremely polite and friendly. They worked quickly and quietly. They all arrived on time as arranged at 7am. The work was all explained to me and the area left as clean and tidy as it was when they arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, particularly the people who came to do my job!

Kiki and Seth were absolutely amazing. They gave me all the alternatives and advised on the best way forward. I listened and everything they recommended worked. Fantastic job guys!

Obviously time will tell with how the investment in the relining goes (annual inspections are included in their warranty). I did my research and selected this team based on listening to their advice and being local. So far I have had 2 stages done: the first with Adam and the second with Barry and Joshua. All their work is supervised by Shane. They are prompt, polite, clean and competent in their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
