Visiting Melbourne from NZ and having seen a gorgeous lapis - silver ring in-store, I contacted Paris Argentina regarding purchasing the ring once Id returned home.I cannot impress enough how helpful they were answering questions back and forth, sending photos and reassuring me regarding freighting it safely to NZ. Ring received (most promptly) I am ecstatically happy with my purchase, it's way more beautiful than Id recalled, very special indeed. I'll definitely deal with them again and highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase fabulous, top quality jewelry.

I went out to find a jewellery birthday present for my partner, something different, not mass produced overpriced bling, but not so expensive I would need a second mortgage. I gave up on the idea of diamonds as it was $2k plus for anything remotely decent. Next was sworvski, pretty stuff and OK for a friend gift maybe, but it is what it is, blingy glass. It was hard going. Then I found Paris Argentina, it's a really nice balance of something different, each piece is unique, hand crafted by the owner and there is plenty to choose from between $200 and 500.Service was great and I ended with a handmade set of earrings and necklace for same price that I would have spent on mass produced blah.Brilliant middle ground.Thankyou Paris and thankyou store manager.

I passed by Paris Argentina with my wife and two kids over the Easter weekend and was thrilled by the service.Paris helped my wife find a beautiful white gold tanzanite ring that shone with quality. All the stones in the shop were to a high grade and Paris was very knowledgeable and friendly.Can definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice piece, casual or dress.

I discovered this amazing store on my recent trip to Melbourne and I simply fell in love with this gorgeous pearl ring. It was too small but the helpful assistant rang her boss and asked if it could be resized and sent to my Sydney address. The whole experience was extremely satisfying as my wishes were expedited immediately and I received my ring within a week. The service has been friendly, professional and expedited in a speedy manner. An ecstatic custom who would shop again with this amazing store.

Recently I had a diamond missing on my engagement ring (34 years of wear). I bought online two opal pendants from this designer, one boulder opal and one doublet. Each one of them had stunning opals beautifully crafted into elegant jewelry. Paris has among the best selection of opals that I have seen online. Communication was excellent too. I will buy from this designer again.

Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. I was in the process of looking for a trilogy ring of 2crt tdw, but unfortunately before I had been able to get a foot in the door a lady that was the only person there slammed the front door on me and my son. I was just handing him my dog lead when she came out and shoo off. Because of this lady's rudeness the store miss out on a grand sale of which I have now purchased and it is being made by a diamond dealer.You should NEVER judge people for how they look. Customer service is just that and without customers you don't have a business.
