I was amazed with how quick the delivery is from this place plus the quality on 3 items I've purchased over the last few weeks . Manual is easy to follow and the prices have been cheap all this cost me under $500

I came across Factory Buys while searching for storage furniture on Google and was thrilled when I saw the range of furniture available on the site.  I initially purchased a great kitchen cabinet and was impressed with the ease of ordering and prompt delivery. This lead me back to further explore the website where I discovered a pair of gorgeous mirrored bed side tables and a lovely display cabinet that I just had to have! Although the cabinets were flat packs, they were relatively easy for one person to put together and the bedside tables came fully built apart from having to screw the crystal knobs on. I am extremely happy with the communication, delivery, products and pricing that Factory Buys offers and would totally recommend checking them out before purchasing elsewhere.

I bought a pillow top mattress from Factory Buys a year ago and it's been great but now needed to replace the bed.I searched high and low in store, online and just couldn't find what I was after for the price I wanted.Until I remembered where I had bought the mattress and low and behold I found the bed I was after for the price I wanted too.It took about 2-3 weeks from purchase date for the delivery to arrive and it was spot on. There was an issue with the headboard which we didn't notice till we had put it all together but a quick email to Factory Buys and they were right in to it sent through some extra pics to show the issue and a replacement was organised and dispatched within days and arrived within the week even with the Easter long weekend in the middle of it all.Honestly these guys are awesome I will be returning for future purchases

I have purchased a few items now from factory buys, the quality is more than I expected & the prices are good. Delivery of my goods have been so quick, receiving them within 7 days of purchase. I’ll always shop with them now.

I'm impressed with Factory Buys, their online system is easy to use and very fast and efficient, I did have a problem with a courier giving me the run around but Factory Buys were excellent in helping me and rectifying the problem. I'd definitely recommend them if you wanted to upgrade, the quality and ease of assembly fantastic!

These guys are fantastic. I was having trouble doing my online order( my end not theirs) so reached out to customer service, one of their amazing staff guided me through the process & I was able to get our king size mattress. Delivery time was fast & The mattress is so comfortable. Couldn't be happier. Awsome product. These guys customer service was impeccable from beginning to end. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great company and awesome quality. Really helpful customer support when my package came in 2 different deliveries I was contacted straight away after I sent a email questioning where the rest of my order was. They customer support was super helpful and polite so thankyou will recommend to everyone!!
