The service here is more considerate than any other presotea I've been to!!

Came here for a bubble tea before and got brown sugar latte with pearls. Friendly, fast service and I absolutely loved the flavour! Hadn’t tried it before but really wanted to get this tonight - most of the other presotea places were closing at 9 but this one stays open too 11 on Sundays so had plenty of time. There were places to sit inside and outside L, not a huge store but overall great place.

It's our 1000th time having the same panda milk tea with 70% sugar and less ice, I'll never get sick of it, the best milk tea you could ever get in Perth.The staff is very friendly and actually remembers you and your usual order.And the best thing is that it is open until 11PM! No where in Perth opens until 11PM, it is very convenient for your bubble tea cravings at night.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The lady makes good milk tea but not the male staff sadly. Ordering the same drink every time, taste amazing with the lady staff and taste like a different drink with the male staff. Talk to my friend about this and they said they have the same experience :(

I ordered a green tea with yakult on Monday 18/06 and when i got home it looked like the photo i attached and wasnt going to get back that night to replace it as it was already late and vic park is 15min drive away.On Tuesday 19/06 I went back to the Vic Park store to try to get a different drink but the person there at the time, wanted to make the same drink which i didnt want as i knew it was just going to turn out the same as im pretty sure this store doesn't know how to make the drink. After he realised the drink was made the night before, he tried to tell me the drink isn't nice after 4 hours but the drink was still sealed as it looked disgusting 15mins later when I got home. I felt he was reluctant to give me a replacement drink and I took what i could get as at that point it was a losing battle. To much surprise the replacement drink turned out the same as before.I recommend not getting Green Tea with Yakult from the vic park store and I definitely won't be coming back to get presotea from here again.I'll stick to Myaree and Waterford from now on thanks.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a big menu to select from. Shop seemed nice and clean. Plenty of parking available on the street. You can order online and pickup also. I will definitely recommend this shop. My partner loves bubble tea and she wouldn't stop talking how nice and tasty her drink was. So 5 stars from me. Keep up the standards.

The bubble tea here is disgusting. They use too much powder and not enough natural ingredients. You can literally taste the powder in the drink. There's so many other bubble tea places in Victoria Park. Just go somewhere nicer.

Ordered via app and went to collect... Young girl behind counter extremely RUDE!!! Bubble tea i ordered was horrible... The pearls were over cooked and all stuck together.... Couldn't even sip properly... When i opened it up i saw all the sago sitting together stuck And wouldn't seperate.... Very very disappointed

After visiting this store multiple times I decided it was fair to review it. I like Prestotea but this location isn’t up to par with the other stores in Perth. You will be waiting at the counter for a long time even before ordering, no one says they will be with you in a moment or just hi.. Also I had to repeat my order two times only for her to get it incorrect when she asked me to “confirm” it on their display screen. After I drove home and drank from my bubble tea I realised they made my order wrong anyway, what I ordered was printed on the cup but the contents doesn’t match it. The girls who work there really make the customer feel like an inconvenience and they fluff up orders frequently.
