OkThey delivered a quality product.Follow up and after sales support was slow and reluctant.I didn't receive the assembly manual with the delivery and subsequently needed to ask some questions which they answered as basically as they could.The finished product is great, the quality of materials and all the items were as needed.

Nothing wrong with the quality of the product. Only had a problem when I raised issues with them. Shed was finished mid May 2021, all issues were finally fixed in February 2022. The amount of phone calls made to Tilmac to sort it out was a joke. No customer service once they had my money. Very disappointing the whole experience. Paid 25k for the shed and none of them cared.
