We applied for a rental they lost our application for the property. Mucked us around lied to us. Have no responsibilities toward us. Wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone.. There a major disappointment really.Never ever recommend them to anyone......

As a tenant I found them helpful and professional. Left me alone to enjoy the house and gave me all the correct notices for inspections. My house in Greenup St was great

Grifters, liars, and thieves, don't use this agency, we will have to go to Qcat to get fair treatment and we have, renting doesn't have to be this hard and it doesn't help when the staff are RUDE

A relative of mine dealt with a male sales consultant who was rude and condescending. It appears the interests of this agency are not of the clients but purely for themselves and their own profit. After that experience I would advise to avoid. Having experience in this industry myself I am shocked at the unprofessional manner in which they do business.

Gateway was an amazing agency to lease from. I had the joy in meeting most of the staff through applying, inspections, renovations, general matters and exiting the property.I was faced with problem neighbours and the agency were beyond understanding with this situation to a degree they handled the matter themselves for me.Appointments for renovations or repairs were organised well in advanced with email confirmations and information.Upon exiting the rental property, I had some dramas with cleaners and personal matters, as well as tenancy matters to clear up and the agency went above and beyond to communicate between the parties involved to smooth over the transition.The agency have amazing communication, professionalism, problem solving skills and compassion.I recommend them for all services and will be back when it is time to purchase a house myself.

Been renting house at the Anzac Ave in Kippa-Ring for 6 (six!!) years.Cheap, but very-very noise place with huge trees.Every second year mango tree got full of mangoes, fox bats and possums keep fighting for whole night leaving rest of mangoes to be rotten on the ground. Keep collection one big black waste bin bag PER WEEK.Owner keep neglecting trees..Kept property clean and tide all of the time.No one inspection left questions or things to be done.Been fighting with mould permanently.House permanently neglected by the owner - rear exit's stairs rotten so badly..My missis even fall from it. Likely - no injuries.No one repair request been fixed.Only water heater been replaced in time - just because it made smoke.Back yard fence rotten - reported - no fix at all.Sewage pipes keep blocked - repaired one-by one.Plumber recommend to replace ceramic pipes to plastic ones - owner agreed to fix toilet pipe but kitchen one ... NOPE...We keep placing own money on anti-slippery things and so on - owner made face - it was here before..And .. At the end .... When we are bought us own house ...Final inspection blame us mould spots - directing us go back and fix it.WHAT??????????????ARE YOU OK???Been told they'll leave negative opinion for future landlords.WHAT???????We're been renting places 17 years in total land NO ONE landlord been unhappy with us.Conclusion:- cheap- inspections are friendly- owner is .. inadequate.Not recommend at all.MINUS 5 STARS.

I'm a disabled Veteran and I do have a problem with getting my words out. Maybe my imagination but I felt like the woman on reception wasn't a very welcoming person.She had already formed an opinion of me from the moment she looked at me. IMHO she had a very short and sharp nature. I reckon she couldn't get me out of that office quick enough. I did get chance to ask a question to which she answered. I will know the truthful answer within a few weeks so we will see if my opinion on this place is right. But based upon my first and only visit I am not impressed

We had a rental property leased out through Gateway, the only reason for this was that our original agent sold his rent roll.. unfortunately to these clowns. As a homeowner, I suggest you look elsewhere to have your property rented out through. Had a terrible lot of tenants who left our house filthy. Graham tried to convince us it was cleaned professionally but it was only cleaned by his property manager. Very unprofessional.
