Reached out to Toms Pest Control afterhours due to suspected rodents in the roof, and the next morning had a call first thing to discuss and was able to book in for the following day. Inspected, diagnosed and offered solution and we were able to get the job done without any stress or worry. Highly recommend!

I requested quotes from 2 other companies & Tom’s had quoted, booked and completed the work before I had even heard back from the other 2 places. be very careful, this is not a pest control company but a connector to contractors. charged us 470 dollars for a 15 minutes appointment for bed bugs and told us fine to return that night. treatment" did nothing and the technician was some outsourced contractor who ghosted us. management did nothing until i submitted chargeback. i spoke to proper pest control companies who spilled the beans on these guys and suggested they are using multiple fake reviews. absolute rip off merchants and takes no responsibility for the work of their outsourced contractors."

Could not recommend high enough. Absolutely great to deal with, value for money and a guaranteed professional service. Our technician Panos was just amazing. He helped educate us about our home and answered all the questions we had with ease. He put our worries at ease and did a wonderful job. Thanks for coming out so quickly. Such an easy booking process and wonderful support staff.

On the first visit, representative was helpful and informative and the baits stopped the mice. The second time the rep. criticised the first rep and used different baits. He didn't know where the first bits had been put. Within 7 weeks of the second bits being placed, the mice were back and customer service would not guarantee the job or replace the baits at a lesser price. Would not consider engaging this business again.

Would not recommend. Did not do the treatment they said they would do because it wasn't needed and then still tried to charge me the full amount. Glad I questioned the invoice. Customer service is also lacking with multiple people telling me different storiesUpdate: I do not accept your offer as nothing will excuse the abuse and threats that I received from your owner over this issue. You did not do the work and tried to invoice me $259 for your technician to do two sprays of surface spray and leave a few bait traps. I contacted your customer service and was told they spoke to the technician about the work done and there would be no charge. The next day you email me after hours trying (so I cannot call your team) with an invoice for $200 for the work done, which I refused so I contacted your customer service team and again was told there was no charge. I specifically said is this the end of the matter which I was told yes. Then your owner called me and when I refused to pay $119 as that was never agreed to he was almost in tears pleading and when I still refused he started swearing at me, abusing me and threatening me with debt collectors. Tool no accountability for his staff and their behaviour. Read all the other reviews on here, these guys are dodgey as they come.

We got Tom's pest to help us with carpet moths. We had 2 visits, and both times the technician was on time, very courteous and patiently answered all our questions.There were no surprises, which is what one wants.My only suggestion is that the front desk/sales team stop telling people that they need to wash everything in hot water. This could lead to some items being completely ruined. Through research and talking to others we found alternatives for different types of fabrics etc. I highly recommend that Tom's pest team invest some time in understanding this.

The team were very professional at all steps of the process, from my initial enquiry to appointment time for inspection and quote....and then all the way to extermination process. and on time....Highly recommend

Great comm's about arrival time, confirmation etc. Have used this service before and find my technician friendly, helpful and quick.
