Yet again the empathy and kindness (but also relaxed and personable behaviours) displayed by the team at WUME was second to none. They are warm, caring and efficient and make a difficult situation so much easier.Bayside, Tooronga and East Melbourne locations have all been phenomenal from front of house, nurses and doctors.

Friendly and welcoming. I was amazed that all the scans and videos were sent to my phone as soon as the appt was finished, so I could be in the moment. Thanks ladies.

We were able to get a last minute appointment after my initial appointment with a different clinic was abruptly cancelled.This was me first time at a WUMe clinic, I was extremely pleased with my service and the clinic it’s self.Reception staff are very friendly and professional.We had Dr Sophia Ya-Ching Chuang, she is fantastic and very knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable right away.Dr Sophia checked everything she needed to with our baby and we were very impressed with how she talked through each step with us.The appointment might be on the pricier side of things but we’ll worth it!

When you are paying almost $400 for a scan you at least want to be greeted with kindness. The reception staff haven't been the friendliest both times I have been in and when I called today I felt as though the woman was really busy and had to be put on hold twice in between trying to make a booking, she said she was alone. It would be great if you could just book online. I cancelled my next appt. today and will be trying somewhere new.
